For a bug report
Please include:
- the browser and version, and the operating system;
- the input format (JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, SVG, HEIC, other);
- the width, frame count, quality, background, and loop settings;
- what happened, including any error message on the page;
- whether the same file works in another browser, if you can test it.
Do not send private or sensitive images unless they are necessary to reproduce the problem. A screenshot of the frame strip and the error message is usually enough.
For a content correction
Link the page and quote the sentence that is wrong. If the correction depends on a browser or format behavior, include the source or the test conditions. Corrections that can be verified are applied to the page and the updated date is changed.
What this address is not for
- Requests to convert files for you. The converter runs in your browser.
- Requests to remove a file you uploaded. The site does not receive files.
- Advertising or paid-link requests. The site does not sell placements.
